RSign for Bullhorn

App Overview:

The RSign integration with Bullhorn ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) and CRM allows users to send documents for eSignature directly from their Bullhorn platform using RSign. It enables users to automatically receive signed documents in the corresponding Bullhorn record and monitor the status of sent envelopes, all within the Bullhorn interface. Additionally, users can create and modify eSign templates and send envelopes to various Bullhorn records, including candidates, clients, contacts, companies, placements, and jobs.

Specifically, users can:

Send documents for signature directly from Bullhorn, from multiple entities (candidates, clients, contacts, companies, placements and jobs).
Create entity-specific reusable and shareable eSign templates.
Drag and drop input fields to easily prepare documents for signature.
Prefill input fields in documents with existing information from the Bullhorn entity.
Add documents to your envelopes from the Bullhorn record, local devices and/or other integrated drives.
Monitor the status of eSign requests.
Access the history of sent eSign envelopes.
Magic-Retrieve: automatically receive the signed contract and eSign record in Bullhorn in the appropriate record.
RSign is out-of-the-box compliant with GDPR and other data privacy and electronic signature laws and regulations.
