RSign for iManage

App Overview:

RSign for iManage provides clients with the ability to seamlessly create RSign eSignature envelopes with one or more iManage documents, and automatically save signed documents in iManage once the e-signature workflow is completed.

Users can start the envelope creation process from RSign, iManage web client or iManage DeskSite (the iManage desktop client), and leverage documents hosted on-premise, on the iManage Cloud server or on a third-party server of their choice.

Features:

  • Send documents for eSignature from iManage.
  • Start in RSign Web App and import your documents from iManage.
  • Automatically upload signed documents to iManage.
  • Choose to save the signed document as a new version or as a new file.
  • Receive a court-admissible eSign certificate.

Enterprise Edition

  • IT and iManage administrators can synchronize their Microsoft AzureAD user access policies across all applications inclusive of RSign, plus once users are signed into iManage their login credentials synchronize with RSign without any need for new login usernames or passwords. This RSign single sign on synchronization with iManage and AzureAD maximizes document security while simplifying eSign workflows.

How it Works

  1. In iManage, navigate to the file(s) you want to send for eSignature
  2. Select your file(s) and click “More” (or simply right-click your file)
  3. Select “Send to RSign” from the actions menu
  4. That’s it! Now simply use an esign template or prepare your envelope for a one-time send
  5. Once the document is signed, it will be automatically saved in iManage, including a robust eSign record. Choose to save as a new file or as a new version of the original file.
