App Overview:

RSign for NetDocuments enables clients to seamlessly create eSignature envelopes with one or more NetDocuments documents, and automatically save signed documents in NetDocuments once the e-signature workflow is completed.

Users can start the envelope creation process from RSign or from their NetDocuments interface.

Features:

  • Send documents for eSignature from NetDocuments.
  • Start in RSign Web App and import your documents from NetDocuments.
  • Automatically upload signed documents to NetDocuments.
  • Choose to save the signed document as a new version or as a new file.
  • Receive a court-admissible eSign certificate.

How it Works

  1. In NetDocuments, navigate to the file(s) you want to send for eSignature
  2. Select your file(s) and click “More” (or simply right-click your file)
  3. Select “Send to Application” from the actions menu
  4. Select “Send to RSign”
  5. That’s it! Now simply use an eSign template or prepare your envelope for a one-time send
  6. Once the document is signed, it will be automatically saved in NetDocuments, including a robust eSign record. Choose to save as a new file or as a new version of the original file.
