Some third-party CRM applications are customized versions of Salesforce.com, specialized for specific business processes or industry workflows. RSign provides its Salesforce.com code package as a module that a third party can use to add RSign functionality pre-configured for Salesforce.com apps, with all the RSign APIs pre-configured for advanced workflows in Salesforce.com. Importantly, this permits third-party Salesforce.com apps to trigger follow-on business processes upon completion of e-delivery proof, eSignature, or web forms, and for the import of web form data into a Salesforce.com record.
